Privacy Policy

All orders must be pre-paid before they are shipped.  For Custom designs and personalized products, your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.  We do this in order to prevent our losses in producing custom designed items which can not be resold, and then having no payment available or the credit card declined. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.   For your protection our order pages are carried on a secure server offering very high security using encrypted technology.  If you do not wish to use your credit card on the internet, you can use the online order form to send your order to us and send a U.S. Money Order payable to Cre8iviTee.  To fax the order you can print out the order form and fill in the payment information and fax the order to us.    Please make sure you fill out all information correctly otherwise your order may be delayed.  

If you do not have a credit card and would like to place an order, use the online shopping form and send in your order to us.  On the order form, select "will send in payment".  The order form will total your order and we will hold your order until we receive your money order.  Orders must be paid with a U.S. MONEY ORDER only, payable to Cre8iviTee.  We WILL NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!   

All shipping charges are for U.S. Priority Mail  within the 48 continuous states for shipments up to 20 lbs.    For packages over 20 lbs.  we will notify you of the shipping charges and adjust your total.  Other methods of shipping such as FedEx and UPS overnight are available at additional cost.   To request these services, please request it in the special instructions box on the order form. 

 Cre8iviTee will replace items in our line of merchandise that is defective in materials and/or craftsmanship for a period of 14 days after receipt (please see exclusions below).  Returns must have a return authorization number on the package before it is shipped to us.  Any packages returned without this number will not be accepted.  Please call or email us for an RA number.  Upon inspection of the items we will replace the item with the same item.  Items must be returned prepaid.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. 

Cre8iviTee will not accept returns for the following reasons:

1.  We will not accept returns on any custom designed or personalized  item(s) once the artwork has been approved unless for defects in materials or craftsmanship. 
2.  We will not replace any garment(s) which have been damaged due to improper washing.   All garments contain washing instructions on the labels.  We test all our printing techniques for durability to industry standards of washing.  If the methods do not pass, we do not use it.  Do not use bleach of any kind on any of our imprinted garments.  It will damage the design and we will not replace it.  We have tested our imprinted garments for a few years and have yet to have any immediately wash out when proper care is used in washing.  It is a property of all garments to fade slowly over its useful lifetime with repeated wear, and washings.

3.  There are absolutely no returns on any items that have been printed or decorated by the consumer.  Please inspect merchandise before decorating.
4.  All names for personalization items must be given to us by mail, fax, or email.  Do not call with this information.  We will print the names exactly as it is given to us; therefore if the name/customization is incorrect, but matches exactly what was given to us, we will not be held responsible for fixing or replacing it.
5.  We will not replace photo decorated items which come out dark due to dark photos given to us.  If it starts out dark, it will print dark.  Objects in photos should be evenly lit, as well as taken in bright light.  Shadows on an object will come out dark. Dark objects in front of dark backgrounds will come out dark and should be avoided if possible.

Cre8iviTee is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected photos.  If a photo is treasured, a copy should be made and the copy should be sent to us.  We return all photos with your order.  Please make sure your name and phone number are on the back of the photo.

Cre8iviTee will not reproduce any child pornography or any material we deem as illegal or does not fall into our area of acceptance.  Cre8iviTee reserves the right to refuse to reproduce any material or image for any reason we deem necessary.

Cre8iviTee will not reproduce any copyrighted material unless written permission is provided to us and can be verified by us.  It is the consumers responsibility to determine if material submitted to us is copyright protected.  By submitting us material, you are stating that you are providing us with released and/or  uncopyrighted  & reproducible material and release Cre8iviTee and all of its divisions and employees from any liability in reproducing the materials.  All legal fines, fees, implications and/or actions arising from the reproduction of any material submitted to us is the sole responsibility of the consumer.  We will not reproduce any Company Logos, Professional Sports Logos Or College Logos without the express written permission from the company(s) and/or parties who own the rights to the logos.

All images and designs created by Cre8iviTee remain the property of Cre8iviTee and may be used for our own purposes for marketing and advertising unless specifically requested not to.  

Cre8iviTee also offers for sale, items from other businesses in our web store.  Those products may be processed and shipped by Cre8iviTee or directly by those businesses.  Any returns, problems, or information needed with those items must be handled by those businesses and are subject to their policies.  If you have a problem with a product from one of these businesses and cannot rectify the situation with that business, please contact Cre8iviTee and we will investigate and try to help you with any problem you may have.  Your satisfaction is important to us.

Cre8iviTee investigates and works closely with the businesses we resell products for.  We will only work with businesses which we have determined to meet our high standards in offering quality products and service, and are in fact legal and legitimate in their operation.  For the most part we usually know the owners of these businesses personally to ensure quality.

Cre8iviTee is not responsible for delays in delivery once we have placed your order into the possession of the shipping company whether it is USPS, UPS, or FedEx..  For lost or damaged merchandise, we will contact the shipper and follow their guidelines for claims for insurance replacement.

PRIVACY POLICY:  Cre8iviTee does not sell, rent, or lease any of our mailing lists, customer lists, or e-mail lists to any business.  All of your personal information is used only by Cre8iviTee.  Your privacy concerns are important to us so we never give out your information except shipping information for products we sell for other businesses.  Shipping information may be used by the businesses we work with to ship their products directly to you.  All credit card information is kept within our company and is not mailed in any invoices for your protection.  

If paying by PayPal, your credit card information and/or bank information is handled through PayPal, your private information and financial information is subject to the policies at PayPal.  Cre8iviTee is in no way responsible for any privacy and/or information securities and problems that arise through using the PayPal method of payment.  Visit www.paypal.com to view their policies.

We reserve the right to add to and/or change these policies at any time without prior notification.
